Fostering is a family affair for the Linehans, all 5 of her children help with fostering dogs for Diamond Dogs Rescue Inc.

Do you have room in your heart and home to help a rescue?

Being a foster to a Diamond Dog is a very important role in our rescue process.  All dogs are scared in the shelter.  They are usually confused and very sad.  The first few days of bringing a rescue home, you may notice your rescue is very quiet. They have been through a lot and are unsure of themselves and their surroundings.  Your role is to help them feel safe and before you know it, your foster will have turned into a happy confident dog.  It is during this time that we can learn about the true personality of our rescue so we can properly match a rescue with its family.  If you have the heart and patience to nurture a rescue please go to our online foster application.  If you are looking to adopt, but would like to foster to see if it is the best choice, we do have a foster to adopt plan .  Please reach out to us for information on this program.

Thank you.

"another bitter-sweet day at our home. So happy to see Dottie go to her fur-ever family! What a great family! She will never lack love and attention! she will finally have the happy-ever-after she deserves with her parents and fur-brother! We have been blessed to be able to foster some wonderful pups, though they may be with us a short time, they will always be in our hearts!! Thank you Toni Diamond for saving these pups and allowing us to foster them until their fur-ever families are found!!! We LOVE you!!!!!" - K.Linehan
